CNC shaping though none of their systems can do what ours can. Most of them can only do the bottom and deck shape and some even produce a lot of unnecesary waste as they start from a square block.
Ours starts with a close tolerance blank, for which the hotwire templates are designed along with the board, has an automatic vacuum suckers positioning system, and cuts all foam parts, ready for assembly in a perfect fit:

-Hot wire templates
-Bottom sandwich
-Deck sandwich incl. overlap around the rails
-Bottom + reinforcements
-Finboxes
-Rails
-Deck shape + heel cushions, all in 1 go, watch video 3
-Deck reinforcements
-Deck inserts

We are also offering the system to other windsurf and surfboard shapers.

The system can be used for:
-Small production series
-Custom boards
-Rapid prototyping
